Good food, decent service. Best in town so far.

I called in an order during dinner rush. The gentleman, Timmy, who answered the phone, was patient and knowledgeable when I asked him a bunch of questions about the menu. He repeated my order to me EXACTLY how I placed it. When I arrived to pick up my food, there were a few other customers waiting and adhering to the new "social distancing" guidelines. The wait was short. I took my food home; not only was my order 100% correct, the food was 200% DELICIOUS!!

I am not sure what has happened to the place but it use to be great. Now not so much. Showed up to place an order to go :20 before close. Said they are only doing take out. Ok that's what we are here for. No sorry we close in :20. Ok sorry I won't be back.

High quality Chinese fayre right on our doorstep. Huge portions too!

The food is amazing but the customer isn’t the best.

They make you now come place the order at the store so you have to wait for your food makes no sense they lost my business specially so over priced Chineese food don’t even taste that good . Making customer prepay over the phone instead paying cash once you pick up the food , they charge extra for some dry fried rice not even worth spending $14 dollars for fried rice some old sesame chicken there portions are minimal by the way. This is not talking down is just the god honest truth. They just called me back after put the negative review for there poor customer service gentleman called me back with rude manner speaking with profanity because there lack of business ethics who calls a customer back speaks to them that way only poor ran business.

Not a buffet so the food is cooked for you! Typical American / Chinese type food. Seating area is rather small. Timing for a table is hit or miss. They do offer take out. Again, not buffet so when you get the food it is still very hot!!

Great service and the best Chinese food Monroe has to offer. The Mongolian beef was awesome. I liked how they packed the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken separate. I love egg drop soup. Theirs isn't the best though. Im not a fan of the tofu chunks in it.

I have eaten here a few times I have never had a bad meal, the food is always good. There have been a few times when the services was not up to par. When you say 20 minutes for take out pick up don't tell me when I get there 20 mins later that it is still not done and make me sit waiting for another 10.

Absolutely terrible service. Called a few times in a row, thought they were having phone issues. Finally, they picked up and the first thing they said was, you need to wait 45 minutes. I asked if they want my business or not and she hung up the phone. I understand being busy, but that is not an excuse to be rude. I would prefer to give my money to people who value their customers.

My Mom really likes the food here but every single time we come I have to fight to get hot mustard! We always order over $50 worth of food so I can't believe they want to lose a customer over 2 thimble size containers of hot mustard. Very disappointed in the customer service here. We will find a place that appreciates our business!

The service was horrible and most all the waiter only half listened to the order. I love their Moo Shu Beef however they have stopped serving the dish since Oct. 2018. The new management has turned don't believe customer service.

I got to give this place a five. Food is delicious, shrimp are big, and place is clean. Oh, and I love the hot tea.

My food had the smell of an old cigarette, and after taste to it as well. I would never go back.

We have only ordered takeout from here, and both times the food was hot and ready when I walked in the door. I will be back again.

My wife loves the food here.The takeout options here have been a godsend during the coronavirus pandemic. The food is always prepared fresh and is always hot and flavorful. The prices are affordable and the menu offers a great variety of dishes. Dining in is a pleasure also when it's available. I think you can also get your food delivered to you by Door Dash or Lyft also.

Service was great and very clean space but it wasn't the best. Not terrible, the eggrolls and soup are good but not 5 stars. Sad to say but it is probably the best in our country area.

The best Chinese restaurant around. I’ve been looking for a local spot and this is it! Hunan, General Tso, and Mongolian are my favorite.

The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Try their steamed dumplings, they are so delicious.

Went to lunch here for the second time since moving to the area. I could eat here every day. I love the hot and sour soup!! My favorite next to Chen's in Statham. I had the Chicken in plum sauce for lunch. It was delicious, never had it before. The place is very clean and well maintained. The décor and furniture are up do date with the times and doesn't look old and dingy like the other places in town. Worth giving a try, the food is pretty good. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the big NO REFUNDS sign on the wall. Not a good way to build your business. Things happen!

Just stoped in ordered food to take out. Spent $40.00Asked if bag of fried noodles came with it said no. I said ok I will pay for it. They said no only for orders of soup. R ealy I just spent $40.00 & they can't give bag of noodles. Will never go there again. Will never refer. That's BS.....

I ordered a spicy Shryer dish, which I think means they have to make it fresh. It was exceedingly delicious. I had no problems telling the waitress several times how much I enjoyed this dish. I will certainly go back.

Fresh food. Not buffet so that is a plus.

Good food, but NOTHING upsets me more than sorry people that can’t finish a shift. If you are open until 10 PM and I call at 9:45 to place an order for house fried rice, a 5 minute prep dish, YOU ANSWER THE PHONE AND TAKE MY ORDER!!!! Or you can close at 930, either way that’s bush league folks, unacceptable

My husband and I ate lunch here today with our grandson. The service was very rushed with only a few other people in the restaurant. The beef and chicken was way over cooked with very little taste. We had to ask for re-fils. We had to ask for napkins. Neither of us chose to complain however we did not leave a tip. As we left the restaurant we were approached by a member of the staff . She. told us we needed to leave a tip. I went back in the restaurant with a tip and my complaint. Two weeks before this experience we ate at lunchtime and when our change was brought to us it was $10.00 short. The gentleman told this same lady about this and she had a good laugh. I am beginning to see a pattern. We have lived in loganville and eaten here for 20 years . Sad, but will not return.

Friendly people. Very disappointed with upgrades to"fried rice ($1)." Don't know what your take is, but mine is more than soy sauce and leftover rice. Eggs, green onions, something! We've ordered there before, not sure about next time. Sorry guys.

I ordered the wings appetizer. It was horrid. No flavor in the batter and the meat tasted almost spoiledlike. When I called them for an exchange of item, they said no. They do not care about good customer service.

Best in moroe..never disappointing. People in monroe have a hard time understanding foreign food. They think Applebees is a 5 star. So go figure! This is not the best anywhere but best in monroe. That is ok with me..

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time! I love their sesame chicken the most. They also have amazing friend rice. The restaurant is just beautiful inside and the service is amazing.
